This highly limited release was a celebration to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the opening of the Patek Philippe boutique inside the Tiffany store on Fifth Avenue in New York. In 2012, John Mayer wrote an article for Hodinkee giving his thoughts on the Tiffany & Co. 5396. In the article he wrote, this watch is a message to collectors everywhere that Patek Philippe will continue to create instant classics. And this 5396 limited edition is one of them. This particular Tiffany 5396 comes complete with original box and warranty and is in excellent condition, having likely never been polished.
